Notice published pursuant to the Provisions of Section 15 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and Sections 18 and 19 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1913.
NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to administer the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross properties being estimated not to exceed £400 in each case.

IN pursuance of regulations made under the Public Service Classification and Superannuation Amendment Act, 1908, I hereby certify that for the election of a member of the Teachers’ Superannuation Board constituted by the said Act, from among the contributors to the Teachers’ Superannuation Fund resident in the South Island, to fill an extraordinary vacancy, only one contributor was nominated —viz., Oscar Davis Flamank.
I therefore declare the said OSCAR DAVIS FLAMANK to be duly elected a member of the Board.

TENDERS will be received at the office of the Chairman, General Post Office, Wellington, not later than 4 p.m. on Monday, the 9th September, 1918, for the supply and delivery of the undermentioned material:—
7 tons copper binding wire.
5 tons galvanized-iron binding wire.
10,000 rolls toilet paper.
Forms and conditions of tender may be obtained at the office of the Controller of Stores, Post and Telegraph Department, Wellington; the District Storekeeper, Post and Telegraph Department, Christchurch; and at the offices of the Telegraph Engineers, Auckland and Dunedin.
