Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Utakura 2B 1D No. 11 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Dargaville on Wednesday, the 17th day of July, 1918, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the block be sold to G. Bernard, farmer, of Okaihau, for the sum of £1 per acre or the amount of the Government valuation.”

Dated at Auckland this 10th day of June, 1918.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Maire No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 25th day of July, 1918, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the land known as Te Maire No. 1, containing 69 acres 1 rood 32 perches, more or less, be sold to Godfrey Clapham Wells for the sum of £567.”

Dated at Wanganui this 6th day of June, 1918.
