Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tauakira 2B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Karioi, on Wednesday, the 10th day of July, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be leased to Ngahina Earnest Stevens, of Karioi, farmer, for forty-two years. First twenty-one years, 4s., or 5 per cent. valuation; last twenty-one years, 5 per cent. unimproved Government valuation.”

Dated at Wanganui this 24th day of May, 1918.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oahurangi No. 2A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Koroniti on Wednesday, the 26th day of June, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be leased to Ngahina Earnest Stevens for forty-two years. Rent: First twenty-one years, 3s., or 5 per cent. valuation; last twenty-one years, 5 per cent. unimproved Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Reureu No. 1 Block, Section 32, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taihape, on Friday, the 12th day of July, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be leased to Tu te Akau Mawae, of Onepuhi, farmer, for twenty-one years at an annual rental of £1 5s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Horowhenua XIb 41, South F No. 1, is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Levin on Thursday, the 27th day of June, 1918, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to Walter Ryder, of Levin, farmer, at a price equivalent to the Government valuation thereof.”
