At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-first
day of May, 1918.

IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the first day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 28, of the ninth day
of the same month, His Excellency the Governor-General in
Council did, in pursuance of the provisions of the Harbours
Act, 1908, license Edward Thurlow Field, of Dargaville, to
use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-
water mark of the Northern Wairoa River in order to con-
struct thereon a wharf in accordance with plan marked
M.D. 3169, and deposited in the office of the Marine Depart-
ment at Wellington, and upon and subject to the terms and
conditions therein set forth :
And whereas it is desirable that the said license should
be revoked for non-payment of the rent by the licensee :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours
Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling
him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby revoke and determine the said recited Order in Council
of the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and
eight, and the rights and privileges thereby conferred.

Trustees for the Mangonui Public Cemetery appointed.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries
Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names
are specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to have the
control and management of the public cemetery specified
in Part II of the said Schedule.

Part II.—Name of Cemetery and Description of Land.
MANGONUI.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, being Allot-
ment 86, Parish of Mangonui, containing by admeasurement
23 acres 1 rood 3 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the
north-east generally by public roads, 1001·2 and 1620·7
links ; towards the south-west generally by Crown land, 2000
and 800 links ; and towards the north-west by Crown land,
937·5 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As
the same is delineated on plan marked 2/327, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wel-
ington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan No. 14445.)

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this twentieth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and eighteen.

Trustees for the Katikati Public Cemetery appointed.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act,
1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby appoint

SAMUEL DICKEY and
CHARLES HENRY DUNNE

to be trustees, in the places of John Killen and the Rev.
William Katterns, who have resigned, to provide for the
maintenance and care of the Katikati Public Cemetery, to
act in conjunction with George Vesey Stewart, William J.
Gray, Edward Hornidge Gledstanes, Mervyn Archdale
Stewart, and Franz Schultze Hoeing, previously appointed.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this twentieth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and eighteen.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act,

the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby appoint

HENRY THOMAS GOODLEY

to be a trustee, in the place of William Edward Holder, to
provide for the maintenance and care of the Tolaga Bay
Public Cemetery, in conjunction with George Kilburn,
Henry Glover, John Abraham Moore, William Lockwood,
George Boreham, and James Miller, previously appointed.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this twentieth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and eighteen.

a road reserve situated in Waiheke Island, Block VII, Wai-
heke Survey District, and containing 2 acres 0 roods 37 perches,
more or less. Bounded towards the north-west by a public
road forming the southern boundary of Section 95, Waiheke
Island, 935 links ; towards the north-east by a public road
forming the south-western boudnary of Section 91, Waiheke
Island aforesaid, 229·9 links ; towards the south-east by a
road reserve, 290 links ; towards the south by high-water
mark of Matuka Bay ; and towards the south-west by a road
reserve, 185 links : be all the linkages aforesaid more or less.
As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 342A,
deposited in the Head Office, Lands and Survey Department,
Wellington, and thereon edged red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this twenty-second day of May, one
thousand nine hundred and eighteen.
