REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paerata No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Saturday, the 2nd day of March, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said block be sold to Wilfrid Francis Ward at Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaingapokeno No. 4d Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaeo on Thursday, the 7th day of March, 1918, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Meretiana Roiho for the sum of £25 or present Government valuation, whichever is the greater.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mimitu-Ruarei No. 18B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Saturday, the 2nd day of March, 1918, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That part of the said land be sold to Pene Komene, of Pakotai, at a price of £3 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tangatapu B No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Wednesday, the 6th day of March, 1918, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Kiritapu Tenana, Native woman, of Rawhiti, Russell, for a term of twenty-one years at the yearly rental of 1s. per acre, together with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at the rate of 5 per cent. on the then Government valuation of the land.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motatau No. 1c No. 8 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Saturday, the 2nd day of March, 1918, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a portion of the said land, containing 379 acres 2 roods, be sold to Miria Kaire, of Kamo, for the sum of £1 per acre, subject to timber license held by Kauri Timber Company.”
