Notice of Partition of Native Land made under Section 27 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913.

Office of the Tokerau District Native Land Court, Auckland, 10th January, 1918.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of subsection (2) of section 27 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, that at a sitting of the Tokerau District Maori Land Board held at Kaikohe on the 29th day of May, 1915, the President of the said Board, exercising his jurisdiction as Judge of the Native Land Court, partitioned the land known as Punakitere No. 40, owned by Hori te Muunu, as under:—

An area of 30 acres 0 roods 10 perches, adjoining northern boundary of block, to be called Punakitere No. 40 No. 1.

An area of 67 acres 3 roods 16 perches, being southern portion of block, to be called Punakitere No. 40 No. 2.

Any appeals against the above partition must be lodged with the Registrar within a period of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
