of any screened coal or of any coal-nuts to any person in any area
in which these regulations are in force, unless at the same time he
delivers to that person an equal quantity by weight of steam coal or
of small coal or coke.

Notice under Clause 2 of the Amending Coal Trade Regulations of
21st May, 1918.


IN pursuance of the power conferred on me by clause 2 of the amending
Coal Trade Regulations of the 21st day of May, 1918, I hereby
declare that the said regulations shall, as from the date of the publi-
cation of this notice in the Gazette, be in force in the City of Wellington,
the Boroughs of Onslow, Petone, Lower Hutt, Eastbourne, and Miramar,
the Johnsonville Town District, and the localities known respectively as
Ngahauranga and Day’s Bay, being the areas described in the Schedule
hereto.


SCHEDULE.

LOCALITY KNOWN AS NGAAURANGA.

All that area situate in Blocks XI and XII, Belmont Survey District,
bounded as follows: On the north-west by Sections 5, 6, and 7,
Block XI, Belmont Survey District; on the north-east by Section 10,
Block XII, Belmont Survey District; on the south-east by Port Nichol-
son Harbour; and on the south-west generally by the Borough of Onslow.

LOCALITY KNOWN AS DAY’S BAY.

All that area situate in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, being
Section 33 in the said Block XVI, bounded as follows: On the north
generally by Section 31, on the east and south generally by the Borough
of Eastbourne, and on the west by Port Nicholson Harbour.
