NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.

Sitting of the Native Appellate Court at Auckland.

Registrar’s Office, Auckland, 13th May, 1918.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Auckland on the 29th day of May, 1918, to hear and determine the matters set forth in the Schedule hereto.
All persons interested in the said matters are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

WAIKATO-MANIAPOTO DISTRICT.

Notice is hereby also given that the Native Appellate Court will inquire and determine whether the appeal lodged by Rangiaue Hari against a decision appointing successors to Huirua Harihari Totaea, deceased, and dealt with by the Native Appellate Court at Auckland on the 23rd February, 1917, was intended to cover deceased’s interest in Motutieke H or other blocks, and, if so, to cancel the order made by the Native Land Court at Ngaruawahia on the 9th June, 1916, for deceased’s interest in that block.
