Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wairahaki 1b No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa on Tuesday, the 28th day of May, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to John Fasher for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 7s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Moehau 3D 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa on Tuesday, the 28th day of May, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Peke Tupaea for the amount of the Government valuation.”

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mata South (part) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa on Tuesday, the 28th day of May, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That portion of the land known as ‘residence sites’ be sold to the Crown for the sum of £305 7s. 6d.”

“ That the land be sold to George Price and James McCormick for the amount of the Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Section 4, Block IV, Waihou Survey District, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Thursday, the 30th day of May, 1918, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Robert Darrah for the sum of £16 10s. per acre.”

“ That the land be leased to H. F. Purnell for a term of fifty years, at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation.”

“ That the land be leased to Balfour M. Irvine for a term of fifty years, at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation.”
