OTARA CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY FACTORY COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 223 of the Companies Act, 1908, that at a duly convened extraordinary general meeting of the Otara Co-operative Dairy Factory Company (Limited) held at the registered office of the company at Otara on the 6th day of April, 1918, the following special resolution, passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the company held on the 16th day of March, 1918, was confirmed.

“ That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at the same meeting GEORGE JENNINGS, the Younger, of Otara, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the Dartmoor Estate Company (Limited) duly convened and held at the registered office of the company in Ridgway Street, Wanganui, on the 25th day of March, 1918, the subjoined special resolutions were duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 15th day of April, 1918, the subjoined special resolutions were duly confirmed:—

“ That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“ That Messrs. STEVENSON, D’ARCY, AND RICE be appointed Liquidators at the same fees as they have been paid as Directors.”
