Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Nuhaka 2b 2n 2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Nuhaka on Friday, the 14th day of June, 1918, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the Order in Council making the said land subject to Part XVI of the Native Land Act, 1909, be revoked under section 296 of the said Act.
“ (2.) That a lease of the said land be granted to Ihaka Whanga and Niri Whanga as tenants in common in equal shares for the term of twenty-one years at the yearly rental equal to 5 per cent. of the present Government valuation of the said land for the first ten years of the said term, and at the yearly rental equal to 5 per cent. of the then unimproved Government valuation of the said land for the last eleven years of the said term, with right to compensation for improvements.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Nuhaka 2d 2p 2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Nuhaka on Friday, the 14th day of June, 1918, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the Nukaka 2d 2p 2 Block be leased to Hone Pomana, of Nuhaka, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at yearly rental equal to 5 per centum of the unimproved Government valuation of the said land, with the right to compensation for improvements.”

“ That a lease of the Nuhaka 2c 2g Block be granted to Maika Taruke and Ree Mataira for the term of twenty-one years at the yearly rental of 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation of the said land for the first ten years of the said term, and the yearly rental of 5 per cent. on the unimproved Government valuation of the said land for the last eleven years of the said term. The lessees holding as tenants in common in equal shares. Right to compensation for improvements.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land of Raupo Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 15th day of May, 1918, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of the said land be granted to Hororiri Meiha, of Whataroa, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. per annum on the present Government valuation, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the then Government valuation, with right to compensation for improvements.”

NOTICE is hereby given that statements of accounts and balance-sheets in respect of the undermentioned estates, together with the report of the Audit Office thereon, have been duly filed in the above Court; and I hereby further give notice that at the next sitting of the said Court to be helden on Monday, 6th May, 1918, or as soon thereafter as application may be heard, I intend to apply for an order releasing me from the administration of the said estates.
