Settlement Land set apart for Disposal by Way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, on Special Tenures, in the Nelson Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, on special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 44, Square 11, Block III, Takaka Survey District, Spittal Settlement: Area, 54 acres 3 roods 24 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of lease to discharged soldiers, on ordinary tenures, under the Land for Settlements Act, 1908.

SECTION 9162, Block XIII, Geraldine Survey District: Area, 61 acres.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and eight of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the pastoral land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections two hundred and eight to two hundred and twenty-two of Part V of the Land Act, 1908, relating to small grazing-runs.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WALLACE COUNTY.
Crown Land.—National Endowment.
SMALL Grazing-run No. 48, comprising Sections 1 and 2, Block III, Monowai Survey District, and Sections 8 and 9, Block XIII, Lillburn Survey District, containing 4,705 acres 2 roods 3 perches.
