of Taita 57, Sub. 9, is summoned and will be held, in
pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at
Wellington on Thursday, the 25th day of April, 1918, at
2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering
the following proposed resolution:-
"That the said land be sold to Ernest William Giesen, of
Wellington, medical practitioner, for the sum of £10 per
acre."

Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of
Taita 57, Sub. 4, is summoned and will be held, in pursuance
of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wellington
on Thursday, the 25th day of April, 1918, at 2.30 o'clock in
the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution :-
"That the said land be sold to Ernest William Giesen, of

pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at
Wellington on Thursday, the 25th day of April, 1918, at
11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the
following proposed resolution :-

"That the said land be sold to Maurice James Burdan, of
Wainuiomata, farmer, at a price equivalent to the Government valuation of the owners' interest."

THE Maori Land Board for the South Island Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whataroa Native Reserve 20, 21, and 22 is summoned and
will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaiapoi on Friday, the 10th day of May,
1918, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering the
following proposed resolution:-
"That the said reserve be leased to John Jones, of Hokitika, settler, at an annual rental of 5 per centum of the Government valuation, or £35, whichever is the greater, and for a term of twenty-one years."
