NOTICE is hereby given that the Stipendiary Magistrate exercising jurisdiction at the Chatham Islands, acting in pursuance of section 89 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, will consider the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at Waitangi, Chatham Islands, on Thursday, 18th April, 1918, at 10.30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Magistrate will permit.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto A No. 23 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Batley, on Thursday, the 25th day of April, 1918, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £410.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketaururu Section 6A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Saturday, the 27th day of April, 1918, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“(1.) That the block be leased to Alfred Cartier, of Kaikohe, farmer, for twenty-one years, at the yearly rental of 12s. per acre.
“(2.) That the said land be leased to William Pole, of Kaikohe, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years, at a yearly rental of 12s. per acre, or 5 per cent. of the present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motatau No. 50 No. 9 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Saturday, the 25th day of May, 1918, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“(1.) That the said land be sold to Hugh William Brown, of Auckland, for the sum of £1 15s. per acre.
“(2.) That the said land be sold to Donald McKenzie, of Kamo, settler, for the sum of £1 15s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kotuku B Section 3 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Saturday, the 25th day of May, 1918, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to James Purdy, of Kaikohe, settler, for the amount of £3 per acre, or the amount of the present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”
