In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and of the MANGAONE OILFIELDS (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 8th day of March, 1918, presented to His Honour Sir Robert Stout, Knight, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, by the Herman and Weger Manufacturing and Contracting Company (Limited), a creditor of the said Mangaone Oilfields (Limited).
And the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the twenty-second day of March, 1918, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the patentees under the above-named Letters Patent No. 18548 will, after the expiration of ten days from the date hereof, present a petition to the Supreme Court of New Zealand, pursuant to section 20 of the above-named Act, praying that their patent may be extended for a further term.
