Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotomahana-Parekarangi 6L 2B 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 9th day of April, 1918, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted."

Dated at Rotorua this 9th day of March, 1918.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tauri No. 3B and 3C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 9th day of April, 1918, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted."

"That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to J. M. Ross and Richard J. Redshaw shall be agreed to."

"That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Ernest W. P. Matthews shall be agreed to."
