incorporated in New Zealand, shall make to the Public Trustee at Wellington a return in writing of the matters following:—
(a.) All property which belongs to that British subject or corporation and which is situated within the territories of His Majesty’s enemies:
(b.) All property which belongs to that British subject or corporation and which is situated within any territory which is now in the military occupation of His Majesty’s enemies:
(c.) All pecuniary claims of that British subject or corporation against any enemy government:
(d.) All pecuniary claims of that British subject or corporation against any persons or corporations resident or carrying on business within the territories of His Majesty’s enemies:
(e.) All pecuniary claims of that British subject or corporation against any person or corporation resident or carrying on business in any territory which is now in the military occupation of His Majesty’s enemies.

Returns shall be made as aforesaid in respect of all enemy territory, notwithstanding the fact that such territory may be now in the military occupation of His Majesty’s Forces.

When any return has been made under these regulations by any person or corporation, it shall be the duty of that person or corporation at any time and from time to time thereafter to supply, on the demand of the Public Trustee, all such further information as to the property or claim to which the return relates as the Public Trustee may require, and also, if required by the Public Trustee, to verify by a statutory declaration the return so made or any such further information so supplied.

Nothing in these regulations shall render necessary any further return of property or claims whereof returns have already before the date of this Order in Council been voluntarily made to the Public Trustee, but clause 3 of these regulations shall apply as if such returns had been made under and in conformity with these regulations.
