Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Allotment 7, Block VIII, Te Kuiti Township, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 21st day of March, 1918, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Bank of New Zealand for the sum of £1,000.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Reureu 2d Block (19 acres) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otaki on Thursday, the 14th day of March, 1918, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Potete Nopera for forty-two years at £1 10s. per acre per annum for the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved Government valuation for the residue of the term.”

Notice of Partition made under Section 100 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913.
WHEREAS the President of the Aotea District Maori Land Board, in terms of subsection (4) of section 100 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and in pursuance of the jurisdiction conferred upon him by section 27 of the said Act, did on the 22nd day of November, 1917, partition the land known as Ohotu No. 7B No. 2, the subject-matter of a resolution to sell passed at a meeting of owners held under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, between the dissentient owners and the owners consenting to the resolution:
Now, therefore, notice is hereby given, in terms of subsection (2) of the said section 27, that the following is the decision of the Court on the said partition:—
(1.) All the land at the north-west corner to the south of the road, and fronting the road, having a uniform depth of 20 chains. The eastern boundary to be parallel to the western boundary of the block, and to extend southwards to such a distance that a line drawn westerly to the western boundary at right angles will enclose to the north 247 acres 2 roods. To be called Ohotu No. 7B No. 2A, and to be in favour of—
