ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eighteenth
day of February, 1918.

Present :
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase
Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-
three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the
power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and
by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amend-
ment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native
Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act,
1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for
a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council
made the twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and sixteen, and gazetted the thirty-first day of
August, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, but only in
so far as it affects the lands specified in the Schedule hereto,
prohibiting all alienations of such lands other than alienations
in favour of the Crown.
