Declaring Roads in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District,
to be Government Roads.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eleventh
day of February, 1918.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and
declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become
Government roads.

Revoking Order in Council licensing J. J. Brokensha to use
and occupy a Part of the Foreshore of Mullet Bay as a Site
for a Tramway.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eleventh
day of February, 1918.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING
IN COUNCL.

Whereas by Order in Council dated the twenty-first
day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 54, of the first
day of the following month, His Excellency the Governor-
General in Council did, in pursuance of the provisions of the
Harbours Act, 1908, license James Henry Pomeroy to use and
occupy a part of the foreshore of Mullet Bay in order to construct thereon a tramway in accordance with plan marked
M.D. 3350, and deposited in hte office of the Marine Department, at Wellington, and upon and subject to the terms and
conditions therein set forth:

And whereas the rights, powers, and privileges granted by
the said Order in Council have, with the Minister's written
consent, been transferred to J. J. Brokensha:

And whereas it is desirable that the said license should be
revoked:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours
Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling
him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby revoke and determine the said recited Order in Council
of the twenty-first day of June, one thousand nine hundred
and nine, and the rights and privileges thereby conferred.

Revoking the Naturalization of Frank William Lukaschefski.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eleventh
day of February, 1918.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.

Whereas letters of naturalization were issued to
Frank William Lukaschefski on the twenty-fourth
day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
seven: And whereas the Governor-General in Council is
satisfied that it is expedient for the welfare of the Realm to
revoke the naturalization of the said Frank William Lukas-
chefski:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities vested in him by the Revocation of Naturaliza-
tion Act, 1917, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby declare that the naturalization of the said Frank
William Lukaschefski shall be revoked, and that the said
Frank William Lukaschefski shall cease to be British subject
naturalized in New Zealand as from the first day of February,
one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Revoking the Naturalization of George Charles Bruno Klopfen.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eleventh
day of February, 1918.

IN COUNCIL.

Whereas letters of naturalization were issued to George
Charles Bruno Klopfen on the twelfth day of
September, one thousand nine hundred and seven: And
whereas the Governor-General in Council is satisfied that it
is expedient for the welfare of the Realm to revoke the
naturalization of the said George Charles Bruno Klopfen:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities vested in him by the Revocation of Naturaliza-
tion Act, 1917, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby declare that the naturalization of the said George
Charles Bruno Klopfen shall be revoked, and that the said
George Charles Bruno Klopfen shall cease to be British subject
naturalized in New Zealand as from the first day of February,
one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Matamata Town District not to be Part of County of Matamata.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eleventh
day of February, 1918.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.

Whereas the Governor-General is satisfied that the
population of the Matamata Town District, in the
County of Matamata, exceeds five hundred, and the Town
Board of the said Matamata Town District has made application that the said town district shall not form part of the
County of Matamata, being the county within the boundaries
of which it is situated:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers vested in him by the Town Boards Amendment
Act, 1908 (No. 2), and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby order and declare that, on and after the first day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, the Matamata
Town District shall not form part of the County of Matamata.
