NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between EDWIN GALLICHAN, of the City of Wellington, Aerated-water Manufacturer, and LOUISE CURRAN, of the same place, Widow, carrying on business as Aerated-water Manufacturers at Wellington, in the Dominion of New Zealand, under the style or firm of “Bacon’s Aerated Water Company,” has been dissolved as from the 23rd day of January, 1918.

All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said EDWIN GALLICHAN, who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm of “Bacon’s Aerated Water Company.”

Dated at Wellington this fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.
