Also all that area, containing 100 acres, more or less, situated in Block I, Rangaunu Survey District, being part of the Otaia Kauri-gum Reserve Extension, set apart by Order in Council dated the 12th April, 1899, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 13th April, 1899. Bounded towards the north by the Otaia Kauri-gum Reserve; towards the east generally by Section 8, Block IV, Rangaunu Survey District, to the southern boundary of Block I aforesaid; towards the south by the aforesaid southern boundary of Block I; and towards the west by the Opoe Kauri-gum Reserve Extension No. 2. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/1156A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
PART OF OPOE KAURI-GUM RESERVE EXTENSION No. 2.
Also all that area, containing 410 acres, more or less, situated in Block IV, Opoe Survey District, and being part of the Opoe Kauri-gum Reserve Extension No. 2, set apart by Order in Council dated the 10th July, 1899, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 13th July, 1899. Bounded, commencing at the south-eastern corner of Block IV aforesaid, towards the south by the southern boundary of that block for a distance of twenty-three chains; towards the west by a right line due north to the northern edge of the Otaia Swamp; towards the north generally by the said northern edge of the Otaia Swamp to the eastern boundary of Block IV aforesaid; and towards the east by the said eastern boundary of Block IV aforesaid to the point of commencement. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/1156A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Regulation for netting and taking Trout in Lake Hawea, Otago Acclimatization District.

WHEREAS by Order in Council made under the Fisheries Act, 1908, dated the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 1, of the seventh day of the same month, regulations were made for the taking of trout by means of nets in Lake Hawea:
And whereas it is desirable to amend clause five of the said regulations and to make another regulation in lieu thereof:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by the said Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke clause five of the aforesaid regulations made on the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and doth hereby make the following regulation in lieu thereof.
REGULATION.
No person shall be permitted to use a net on any portion of the said lake within one mile on either side of the mouths of Timaru Creek, Dingle River, Hunter River, Long Valley Creek, and the outlet of the Neck Lagoon.

Prohibiting the Exportation of Glue Pieces, Hide Pieces, Face Pieces, Leg Pieces, Hide Trimmings, Sinews, Lugs, and similar Goods for the Manufacture of Glue and Gelatine.

WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Customs Act, 1913, as extended by section twenty-four of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, prohibit the exportation of any goods the prohibition of the exportation of which is in his opinion necessary in the public interest;
And whereas in the opinion of the Governor-General it is necessary in the public interest that the exportation of glue pieces, hide pieces, face pieces, leg pieces, hide trimmings, sinews, lugs, and similar goods for the manufacture of glue and gelatine should be prohibited to the extent and in the manner hereinafter appearing:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section forty-seven of the Customs Act, 1913, and section twenty-four of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby prohibit the exportation of glue pieces, hide pieces, face pieces, leg pieces, hide trimmings, sinews, lugs, and similar goods for the manufacture of glue and gelatine from the said Dominion, save with the consent of the Minister of Customs.

Notifying the Proposed Exchange of Crown Land in the Auckland Land District for other Land.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and forty-two of the Land Act, 1908, as amended by section seventeen of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Governor-General, whenever he deems it expedient in the public interest, to grant in fee-simple any area of Crown land which is subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, in exchange for the fee-simple of any other land, and on any such exchange to pay or receive by way of equality of exchange any sum not exceeding twenty-five per centum of the estimated value of the Crown land so granted:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to exchange the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto for the land of equal value described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the owner of the land described in the Second Schedule has agreed to such exchange:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the aforesaid powers and authorities, doth hereby declare that it is his intention to grant in fee-simple the area of Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto in exchange for the fee-simple of the land described in the Second Schedule.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF CROWN LAND AUTHORIZED TO BE EXCHANGED.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Allotment 21, Parish of Otakairangi. Bounded towards the north-east by Allotment 19 of the said parish, 1246·5 links, and the crossing of the public road; towards the south-east by a road reserve along the WaiRua River; towards the south-west by Allotment 18 of the said parish, 631·3 links; and towards the west by the crossing of a public road and by a public road, 658·9, 94·8, and 258·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: save and except a public road which intersects the hereinbefore-described area. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 6/6/173A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan No. 6077B.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, being Lot 7 (portion of Allotment E 20, Otakairangi Parish) on plan deposited in the District Land Registrar's Office at Auckland under number 11486. Bounded towards the east by part of the aforesaid Allotment E 20 and a public road, 46·9, 451·4, and 18·9 links; towards the south-east by the aforesaid public road and Lot 1 on plan 11486 aforesaid, 975·9 links; towards the south-west by the last-mentioned Lot 1, 632·3 links; and towards the north-west generally by a public road, 273·1, 212·1, and 210·9 links, the crossing of the said road, 127·2 links, and by part of Allotment E 20 aforesaid, 257·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: save and except a public road which intersects the hereinbefore-described area. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/173, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
