Land proclaimed as a Road in Block I, Otira Survey District,
Grey County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the
consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule
hereto, and of the Grey County Council, being the local
authority in whose district the said land is situated, pro-
claim as a road the land in Otira Survey District described
in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road:—

4 0 14, portion of Section 2311.
3 0 13 2211.
Situated in Block I, Otira Survey District (Westland
R.D.).
In the Westland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42697,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-
Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of
New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued
under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the
Government House at Wellington, this thirtieth
day of January, in the year of our Lord one thou-
sand nine hundred and eighteen.

Mangawhero Survey District, Wanganui County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with
the consents of the owner of the land described in the First
Schedule hereto; and of the Wanganui County Council,
being the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as a road the land in Mangawhero Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as
closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto,
which is not required by reason of the road described in
the First Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owners, lessee, and mortgagees of the land described
in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Collingwood County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the said
land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Waitapu
Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and
also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim
as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto,
which is not required by reason of the road described in
the First Schedule hereto.
