NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution has been passed in the manner directed by the Companies Act, 1908, by the Victoria Gold-mining Company (No Liability). The resolution was confirmed on the 11th day of December, 1917.

“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908.”

Notice is also given that WILLIAM KAYLL, of Auckland, Public Accountant, was duly appointed Liquidator.
