Declaring Portions of Road in Block XXII, Waiau Survey District, to be a Government Road.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this thirtieth day of January, 1918.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road declared a Government road:-
A. R. P. 0 0 0:02 1 0 1 0 0 19.2 0 3 30 adjoining or passing through Whareraurakau No. 5.
Situated in Block XXII, Waiau Survey District. In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43496, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Portion of a Road in Block VI, Karioi Survey District, to be a Government Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this thirtieth day of January, 1918.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the portion of road declared a Government road : 5 acres 3 roods 10 perches. Adjoining or passing through Section 128, Whaingaroa Parish, Block VI, Karioi Survey District. (S.O. 19884.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43605, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.

Parawera Road District, County of West Taupo, constituted.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this thirtieth day of January, 1918.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of section twenty-seven of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1916, a petition, signed by not less than two-thirds of the occupiers within the meaning of the Rating Act, 1908, of land within the area described in the Schedule hereto, has been presented to the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, praying that the said area be constituted a road district under the provisions of the said section:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in section twenty-seven of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1916, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby constitute and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a road district for the purposes of the Road Boards Act, 1908, and to be called by the name of the " Parawera Road District"; and also, in further pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in the said section twenty-seven, doth hereby declare that the Board of the said district shall consist of five members.
SCHEDULE.
PARAWERA ROAD DISTRICT.
ALL that area in West Taupo County bounded towards the north generally by Puahue No. 1 (E) Block, the northern parts of Puahue Nos. 2 (1), 2 (2), 2 (3), and 2 (4) Blocks, by Puahue Nos. 2 (5c), 2 (6c), and 2 (7c) Blocks, and Maungatautari Nos. 4 (H) 8 and 3 (A) 5 (A) I Blocks; towards the north-east and east by Matamata County; towards the south-east by Wharepuhunga No. 16 Block; towards the south-west by Section 1, Block VI, Wharepapa Survey District, Sections 2, 6, and 1, Block II, and Section 1, Block I, to the Puniu River, and by that river to the Waipa County boundary; and towards the north-west by Waipa County.
