The Nobel Peace Prize may also be accorded to institutions or associations.
According to the Code of Statutes, § 8, the grounds upon which any proposal is made must be stated, and handed in along with such papers and other documents as may therein be referred to.
According to § 3, every written work, to qualify for a prize, must have appeared in print.
For particulars, qualified persons are requested to apply to the office of the Nobel Committee of the Norwegian Parliament, Drammensvei 19, Kristiania.

Notice respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries, Mangawara Drainage District, County of Waikato.

IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, under the Land Drainage Act, 1908, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be included in the Mangawara Drainage District. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed inclusion which they desire to lodge, within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
SCHEDULE.
AREA TO BE INCLUDED IN THE MANGAWARA DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north generally by the Waikari Lake, from the north-eastern corner of Section 366, Block V, Hapuakohe Survey District, to the northernmost corner of Section 191, Block V aforesaid; thence towards the north-east generally by the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 191, the northern and eastern boundaries of Section 1 to the Mangawara Drainage District, as constituted in New Zealand Gazette, 1916, page 1730; thence towards the south-east generally by the Mangawara Drainage District to the north-eastern boundary of Section 348, Block V aforesaid; thence towards the south-west by the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 348 and 366, Block V, to the place of commencement.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Block XIV, Maungataniwha Survey District, for the Purposes of a Post-office.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a post-office in Block XIV, Maungataniwha Survey District; and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Mangamuka, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 1 rood.
Portion of Mangamuka West No. 31, No. 2 Block, Block XIV, Maungataniwha Survey District. (S.O. 20269.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45278, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.
