Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Lands
other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of December, 1918.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the seventeenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and gazetted the twentieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, prohibiting all alienation of the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Prohibiting the Exportation of Russian Rouble Notes.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of December, 1918.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Customs Act, 1913, as extended by section twenty-four of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, prohibit the exportation of any goods the prohibition of the exportation of which is in his opinion necessary in the public interest :
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is necessary in the public interest that the exportation of Russian rouble notes should be prohibited to the extent and in the manner hereinafter appearing :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section forty-seven of the Customs Act, 1913, and section twenty-four of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf,
