Hauraki Plains Rating District: Penalty on Overdue Rates.
Government Buildings, Wellington,
25th November, 1918.

IN pursuance of section 28 of the Rating Amendment Act, 1910, and the Hauraki Plains Act, 1908, the ratepayers within the district constituted by the last-mentioned Act are hereby notified that 10 per cent. additional will be added to all rates for the year ended 31st March, 1918, unpaid on 16th December, 1918.
Rates may be paid at any money-order office.

BY virtue of the powers vested in me by section 10 of the Statute Law Amendment Act, 1917, I, Josiah Alfred Hanan, Minister of Education, do hereby declare the Receiving Home, Ferry Road, Christchurch, and the Industrial School, Mount Albert, Auckland (industrial schools within the meaning of the Industrial Schools Act, 1908) to be Probation Homes for children.
