Amending Rules of Court under the Native Land Act, 1909.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of November, 1918.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby make the following alterations in the Rules of Court under the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments, dated the 24th day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and doth make the following rule in lieu thereof.
RULE.
RULE 184 of the said rules is hereby revoked, and the following rule is made in lieu thereof:—
“An account of all fees accrued in respect of matters coming before the Court shall be kept by the Clerk of Court in the form set out in the Schedule hereto, who at the end of every month shall furnish such account, signed by him and signed by the Judge, to the Registrar of the district in which those fees have accrued, specifying such as have been paid, and the Registrar shall furnish to the Under-Secretary a return in the approved form of all fees received during each quarter, on the 30th June, 30th September, 31st December, and 31st March in each year.”
The scale of fees in the Second Schedule of the said rules is hereby amended by omitting the words “all fees herein payable by cash.”

Declaring Portion of the Mapara Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of November, 1918.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Mapara Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at the most southerly corner of Section 6, Block V, Totoro Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction, adjoining the said Section 6, and terminating at the south-western corner of Section 4, Block V, Totoro Survey District; being a distance of fifty-six chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45101, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Disley Street, Taitville Settlement, in the City of Wellington, to be under the Control and Management of the Wellington City Council.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of November, 1918.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the street described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Wellington City Council.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that street known as Disley Street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, Taitville Settlement, commencing at the most westerly corner of Allotment 8 of Section 10, Ohio Registration District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly and south-easterly direction, adjoining Allotments 8 to 15, 17 to 22, and 25 of Section 10, Ohio Registration District, and terminating at its junction with Hangcliff Street. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45074, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Importation of Grapes from the United States of America and from the Dominion of Canada.—Notice No. 1944.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this fourth day of November, 1918.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section four of the Orchard and Garden Diseases Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is provided that the Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, prohibit, either absolutely or except in accordance with regulations under the said Act, the introduction into New Zealand, either generally or from any specified colony, country, port, or place, of any plant, fruit, fungus, parasite, insect, or any other thing which in his opinion is likely to introduce any disease, as defined in the said Act, into New Zealand:
And whereas by Order in Council dated the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and published in the Gazette of the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, the importation into New Zealand of grapes, except from the Commonwealth of Australia, was absolutely prohibited:
And whereas it is deemed expedient to remove the absolute prohibition of the importation of grapes from the United States of America and from the Dominion of Canada:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the absolute prohibition of the introduction into New Zealand of grapes from the countries aforesaid shall be deemed to be removed when such introduction takes place in accordance with the following regulations hereby made under the said Act. And, in further pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him as aforesaid, and acting with the like advice and consent, His Excellency doth hereby declare that this Order in Council shall be read together with and form part of the aforesaid Order in Council gazetted on the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
