-
A guardboat will be stationed by the authorities, which in case of changes in the minefield will approach and guide incoming and outgoing steamers.
-
All incoming and outgoing men-of-war and armed steamers should give twenty-four hours’ notice of their expected arrival or departure to the Swatau police.
