Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XIV,
Otahuhu Survey District, Manurewa Town District, Manu-
kau County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, and of the Manurewa Town Board,
being the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as a road the land in Otahuhu Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as
closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto,
which is not required by reason of the road described in the
First Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
33·7 perches.
Being part Lot 4 (L.T. 4436), part Clendon’s Grant.
Coloured on plan: Red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 3·42
perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lots 4 and 1 (L.T. 4436), part
Clendon’s Grant.
Coloured on plan: Green.

All situated in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
44416, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint

Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-
in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VII,
Patetere North Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the pur-
poses of a road in Block VII, Patetere North Survey Dis-
trict:
And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law
to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such
land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been
observed and performed:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908,
and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling
me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
the purposes of a road; and I do also hereby declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the six-
teenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and
eighteen.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods
16·5 perches.
Portion of Section 111, Block VII, Patetere North Survey
District. (S.O. 18214.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44575,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the pur-
poses of a road in Blocks XI, XII, and XV, Ngatapa Survey
District, Cook County:
And whereas the Cook County Council has laid before
the Governor-General a memorial, accompanied by a map,
and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said
Act:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908,
and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling
me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh
day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

coloured pink.
