(2.) After the commencement of these regulations it shall not be lawful, except with the consent in writing of the Minister of Agriculture, for any person, whether as principal or agent, to export any butter from New Zealand except in boxes of the standard size, unless such butter was otherwise packed in readiness for export before the commencement of these regulations.
(3.) The consent of the Minister of Agriculture shall not be given pursuant to these regulations with respect to any butter to be packed after the expiry of one year from the commencement of these regulations.
- These regulations shall commence on the 1st day of November, 1918.

Revoking Notices declaring certain Coal Trade Regulations to be in Force in Wellington and Adjacent Districts.
IN pursuance of the power conferred on me by clause 2 of the amending Coal Trade Regulations of the 21st day of May, 1918, I hereby revoke the notices published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 29th day of May, 1918, and the 24th day of June, 1918, declaring the said regulations to be in force in the districts and localities therein specified, and I hereby declare that such revocation shall take effect on the 1st day of November, 1918.
