THE GRAND HOTEL (LIMITED) (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was adopted at a general meeting of shareholders in the above company held at its registered office, Esk Street, Invercargill, on 4th October, 1918:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. F. A. WEBB, of Invercargill, be appointed Liquidator.”

Creditors are hereby notified that they must send in their claims (made up to 31st August, 1918) on or before the 31st October, 1918.

LOST POLICY.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Equitable Life Assurance Society of United States, after the expiration of one month from the date hereof, to issue a certified copy policy under section 59 of the Life Assurance Act, 1908, in lieu of policy numbered 1111803, on the life of Tom Laken Paget, of Stratford, Surgeon, the last-named policy having been declared to have been lost.
