Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tautehere No. 2B, Section 3 Block, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Saturday, the 16th day of November, 1918, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the said land be leased to Rameka Morunga and Paki Ripia for a term of fifty years at a rental of 1s. 3d. per acre per annum for the first twenty-five years, and an annual rental equal to 5 per cent. of the unimproved Government valuation during the second twenty-five years.”
Dated at Auckland this 14th day of October, 1918.

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hautu No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tokaanu on Wednesday, the 6th day of November, 1918, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof be accepted.”
Dated at Wanganui this 7th day of October, 1918.
