NOTICE is hereby given that the Stipendiary Magistrate exercising jurisdiction at the Chatham Islands, acting in pursuance of section 89 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, will consider the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at Waitangi, Chatham Islands, on Thursday, 31st October, 1918, at 10.30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Magistrate will permit.
