APPLICATIONS TO SUMMON MEETINGS OF OWNERS UNDER PART XVIII OF THE NATIVE LAND ACT, 1909.

That the agreement dated 25th June, 1912, between the Native owners of Motatau No. 1 Block respecting road rights and rights for the cutting and removal of timber, &c., be varied in so far as it affects Sections 1D 3, &c., so that the date of expiry shall be 25th June, 1922, instead of 25th June, 1920, the Kauri Timber Company (Limited), in consideration of such variation of the terms of the agreement, making a cash payment to the owners as may be agreed.

44 3116 Opanake No. 2K No. 2Y .. That the Opanake No. 2K No. 2Y Block be sold to Hancock and Co. (New Zealand), (Limited) for the sum of £150.
45 3117 Kaikou 3, Lot 12 .. That the said land be leased to Hone Peepe, of Moengawahine, for a term of twenty-one years at a yearly rental of 5 per cent. on the valuation; the lessee to fence the block and sow it in European grasses.
46 3118 Ruapekapeka No. 1H 18 .. That the said land containing 140 acres 3 roods 27 perches, be sold to Herbert Rouse, of Hukerenui, for the sum of £2 per acre.
