ERRATA.—In the Order in Council dated 6th August, 1918, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 109, of the 8th August, 1918, declaring a road in Blocks I and IV, Tuapeka Survey District, to be a Government road, for “Tuapeka Survey District” read “Benger Survey District.”
In the Proclamation dated 20th August, 1918, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 116, of the 29th August, 1918, stopping a Government road in Blocks I and IV, Tuapeka Survey District, for “Tuapeka Survey District” read “Benger Survey District.”
In the Proclamation dated 12th September, 1918, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 130, of the 19th September, 1918, declaring land taken for a public work and not required for such public work to be Crown land (in Blocks I and IV, Tuapeka Survey District), for “Tuapeka Survey District” read “Benger Survey District.”
Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Roads at Huntly.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Kaipara–Waikato Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of roads:
And whereas it has been certified by the Minister of Railways that such land is not required for railway purposes: And whereas such land is situated in the Town District of Huntly, the local authority of which has assented to the issue of this Proclamation:
And whereas His Excellency the Governor-General is of opinion that the said local authority can conveniently construct and maintain the said roads:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section one hundred and ninety-seven of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become roads, and that the said roads shall be under the control of the Huntly Town Board, and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land: 16 perches and 21 perches.
Portions of railway reserve, Taupiri Parish, Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District, Huntly Town District. (S.O. 20041, blue.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 25617, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf;
