and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint
ERNEST ALBERT ADLAM,
PETER THOMPSON,
JOHN DAVIDSON,
ANDREW COUTTS, and
WALTER ERNEST VESTY,
as from the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and eighteen, to be the Waipuku Domain Board,
having the control of the land described in the Schedule
hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of
the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the twenty-
fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen,
at half past seven o’clock p.m. as the time when, and the
residence of Mr. Andrew Coutts, Tariki, as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
WAIPUKU DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by
admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 12 perches, more or
less, being Sections Nos. 45, 47, 49, 51, Waipuku Village,
Block IX, Huiroa Survey District, and bounded as fol-
lows: On the north by Fookes Street, 350 links; on the
east by Sections 46, 48, 50, and 52, Waipuku Village,
596 links; on the south by Section 7, Block IX, Huiroa
Survey District, 350 links; and on the west by McMillan
Street, 596 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1018,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Tututawa
Domain.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-
fourth day of September, 1918.

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves
and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the
said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from
time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint
such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a
Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act,
control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-
ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the thirty-first
day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, a
Domain Board was appointed to control the Tututawa
Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was
appointed expired on the twenty-eighth day of August, one
thousand nine hundred and eighteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain
Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint

WILLIAM JOHN SIMPSON,
ROBERT AUGUSTUS BRICKNELL,
WILLIAM EDWARD SMITH, and
WILLIAM ADAIR McGILL,
as from the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and eighteen, to be the Tututawa Domain Board,
having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto
for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said
Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-sixth
day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, at
eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Hall,
Tututawa, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board
shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
TUTUTAWA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by
admeasurement 6 acres 2 roods 34 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 43, Mangaehu Suburban, Omona Survey
District. Bounded towards the north-west by Sections
Nos. 38 and 42, Mangaehu Suburban, 1518·7 links; towards
the north-east by the Mangaotuku Road, 489·8 links; towards
the south-east by Section No. 44, Mangaehu Suburban,
608·8 links; and towards the south-west by Titoki Terrace,
1339·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As
the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1307, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

Fixing Dues and making Regulations for the Use of Wharf in
Collingwood Harbour.

fourth day of September, 1918.

IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the nineteenth
day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen,
and issued under the provisions of the Harbours Act, 1908,
the Collingwood County Council was licensed to occupy a
part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark in
Collingwood Harbour as a site for a wharf:
And whereas the said County Council is desirous of charging
dues for the use of the said wharf, and of having regulations
regarding it made:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the power con-
ferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1908, and acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby prescribe that the dues set
forth in the First Schedule hereto shall be taken by the Col-
lingwood County Council for the use of the said wharf, and
doth further make regulations for the wharf as set forth in
the Second Schedule hereto.
