Being Lot 5 of Lots 7 and 8 of Section N.E. 2, Township of Mahoenui, Block V, Awakino East Survey District. (S.O. 20154.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44813, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Stopping a Government Road in Run 588, Tiger Hill and Manor Survey Districts.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:

And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 29 acres 1 rood 20 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Run 588, Tiger Hill and Manor Survey Districts.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44769, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Amending By-laws for Waitomo and Ruakuri Caves Scenic Reserves.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this first day of October, 1918.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908, and the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the charges for admission to Waitomo and Ruakuri Caves made by Order in Council on the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and ten, and published in the Gazette of the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and ten, and doth hereby substitute the following in lieu thereof, viz.:—

Admission to Waitomo Caves, per person .. .. 3 0
Admission to Ruakuri Caves, per person .. .. 3 0
Admission to Aranui Caves, per person .. .. 3 0
Children under fifteen years of age, half the above rates.
