Doctor Edward Joseph Moore, F.R.C.S., Ire., is appointed a member of a Special District Medical Board. Dated 9th August, 1918.

2nd Lieutenant Harold Joseph Gray to be Lieutenant. Dated 14th August, 1918.

The commission granted Lieutenant Joseph Patrick O’Reilly is cancelled, under the provisions of section 54 of the Defence Act, 1909. Dated 20th August 1918.
