MAORI LAND ADMINISTRATION NOTICE.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangihamaana E Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Monday, the 30th day of September, 1918, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be leased to Patrick James Tobin, of Kaikohe, farmer, for the term of seven years, at an annual rental of £16, the lessee to receive compensation for permanent improvements not exceeding £50, under the following circumstances: (1) If he does not purchase the land within the term; (2) if he does not renew the lease or obtain a fresh lease at the expiration of the term.”
