A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessees and mortgagees of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Clifton County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Upper Waitara Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
5 acres 0 roods 13 perches.
Portion of Section 1, Block XII, Upper Waitara Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44631, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
