NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICE.

Appeal withdrawn.

In the Native Appellate Court of New Zealand.

IN the matter of an appeal by Matera Pera from the decision of the Native Land Court dated the 20th day of April, 1918, granting probate to the will of Pera Wheraro, deceased.

Notice is hereby given that, with leave of a Judge of the Native Land Court, the above appeal has been withdrawn by the appellant.
