Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngatamatea Block No. 114N is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Masterton on Friday, the 6th day of September, 1918, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the land therein be sold to Vivian Everard Donald, of Masterton, at a sum equal to the amount of the present Government valuation thereof.”

Dated at Wellington this 14th day of August, 1918.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Turiapua Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Wednesday, the 11th day of September, 1918, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to Constance Eliza Logan, the wife of Alexander Logan, of Kaitaia, solicitor, for the sum of £5 per acre.”

Dated at Auckland this 10th day of August, 1918.
