IN the matter of the appeal of Weraroa Kingi, dated the 27th April, 1918, against a decision of the Native Land Court given at Wanganui on the 22nd November, 1917, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 28th February, 1918, on partition, under sections 27 and 100 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, of Ohutu 7B No. 2 Block.
Notice is hereby given that the application of Weraroa Kingi, dated the 19th July, 1918, for the withdrawal of his appeal was, on the 25th July, 1918, granted by the Chief Judge.
