Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waingarara Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa on Saturday, the 31st day of August, 1918, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to George Davis and Florence Davis for the sum of £850.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motatau No. 3k Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa on Saturday, the 31st day of August, 1918, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Te Ahuahu Mangu for the sum of £1 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Utakura No. 1b No. 2c, Section 2b No. 2 Block, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu on Thursday, the 12th day of September, 1918, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That 86 acres of the above block be leased to John Webster and Paenoa Kingi, of Hokianga, for forty-two years as follows: Twenty-one years at 2s. per acre per year and the next twenty-one years at 5 per cent. on the then unimproved Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Heru-a-tureia is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tangoio on Friday, the 23rd day of August, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the balance of the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”
