THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
[No. 107

Correcting Errors in Notices (dated 7th May, 1918, and 25th June, 1918) as to Native Reservists called up for Service with the New Zealand Expeditionary Force.

WHEREAS by subsection (3) of section 10 of the Military Service Act, 1916, it is enacted that the Minister of Defence may from time to time, by notice in the Gazette, correct any error in the gazetted list of men called up under that Act for service with the Expeditionary Force: And whereas such errors have occurred in the notices as to Native Reservists called up for service as aforesaid, published in the Gazettes of the 7th day of May, 1918, and 25th June, 1918:

Now, therefore, I, James Allen, the Minister of Defence for the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 10 of the Military Service Act, 1916, do hereby amend the gazetted list hereinbefore referred to in the manner set forth in the Schedule hereto.
