Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukenui 2r No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 22nd day of August, 1918, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“(1.) That the portion of the said land within the Borough of Te Kuiti be sold to James Cleland Hall Somerville.
“(2.) That the balance of the said block be sold to Archibald Cameron.”
The price for both portions of the said land to average £18 per acre.

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Aotea South No. 3A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Friday, the 23rd day of August, 1918, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to Walter A. Mason for the amount of the Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tahere B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whatawhata on Friday, the 23rd day of August, 1918, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be leased to Whareperingi Tariao for a term of forty-two years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiwhakaata 1B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waingaro on Friday, the 23rd day of August, 1918, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“(1.) That the land be leased to John Charles Potts for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 2s. 6d. per acre during the first ten years, 3s. per acre during the next eleven years, and 6s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.
“(2.) That the land be sold to John Charles Potts for the sum of £2 5s. per acre or at the amount of the Government valuation, whichever should be the greater.”
