Notice published pursuant to the Provisions of Section 15 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and Sections 18 and 19 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1913.
NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in the office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to administer the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross properties being estimated not to exceed £400 in each case.

The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1908.—Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registration.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Auckland Gas Companies Employees’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered number 851, situated at Auckland, and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by section 21 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1908, it is my intention to cancel the registration of that industrial union after the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.

Election of Member of Taranaki Land Board.
I, GEORGE HENRY BULLARD, Returning Officer for the election of a member of the Taranaki Land Board, do hereby notify, in accordance with the provisions of section 41 of the Land Act, 1908, and the regulations made thereunder, that the only person nominated to fill the vacancy occurring on the said Board was Charles James Ryan, Esq., of Taumarunui.
I do therefore hereby declare that the said CHARLES JAMES RYAN is duly elected a member of the Taranaki Land Board, as from the 25th day of July, 1918.
