CROWN LANDS NOTICE.

Lands in the Auckland Land District forfeited.

Department of Lands and Survey,
Wellington, 20th July, 1918.

NOTICE is hereby given that the leases and licenses
of the undermentioned lands having been declared
forfeited by resolution of the Auckland Land Board, the
said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown, under the
provisions of the Land Act, 1908, and the Discharged
Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

Sections 191a, 194, Oruawharo Parish.
Tenure: O.R.P. 5236. Licensee: G. Melrose. Reason for
forfeiture: Non-payment of rent.

Section 8, Block VIII, Kawakawa Survey District.
Tenure: O.R.P. 5356. Licensee: E. H. Durrad. Reason
for forfeiture: At request.

Section 88, Mangonui East Parish.
Tenure: R.L. 241. Lessee: Kete Ahere. Reason for
forfeiture: Non-payment of rent.
